History & Philosophy
Contract Callers, Inc originally established in 1926 as Commerce Service Corporation (CSC). Commerce Service Corporation. CSC was formed to provide professional collection services exclusively to the utility industry. The company later acquired Utility Realization Corporation (URC) which also specialized in collection services for utilities and National Credits, Inc. (NCI) which specialized in collection services for the medical industry. In 1981, UCL was incorporated in Georgia for the roll up of CSC, URC and NCI. In 1991, the assets of ARC, an Augusta based agency specializing in medical collections, were acquired by UCL. In 2000, current ownership acquired the company and began operating exclusively under the name Associated Receivable Consultants, Inc. for all third-party services.
In 1984, Contract Callers, Inc. (CCI) began providing field services and special project work for our utility clients. Our corporate headquarters located in Augusta, GA, and we have field offices nationwide.
In April of 2008, the two companies were merged as Contract Callers, Inc. As a corporation, CCI is financially sound and positioned for growth.
Services
There are three main components to CCI. CCI has the unique ability to offer our clients’ a complete solution for the recovery process
Agency
We offer standard Third Party collection services for Early Out, Primary, Secondary and Tertiary/Warehouse portfolios. In addition, we also handle specific First Party projects worked in conjunction with our Field division.
Special Projects
We have the ability and desire to create and manage special project work through our call center. This can be a short term or pilot project customized to respond to a need such as special outbound call campaigns or telephone surveys. We will work with our clients to develop the project, define goals and strategies and work out a pricing structure that makes sense for both parties.
Field Services
CCI offers a turn-key field service solution for any sized project. CCI performs field credit and collection related services, smart meter installations and AMI, conservation services, meter services, line locating and associated utility services. Integration with our call center for dispatch, outbound and inbound support, letter series, and additional resources as required improve the performance of the field operations.
