Terrie Haynes
Smart Grid Project Manager

Terrie currently oversees the total operations of our Smart Grid Project which includes the warehouse and office management as well as field installations. He has 45 years in various field functions and his extensive metering knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the CCI team.

Tim Wertz, President & Chief Financial Officer

Tim is responsible for the overall operations and financial stability of CCI. He plays an integral part in strategic planning, product development, and creating a positive corporate culture for our employees. His background in accounting and financial management as well as his previous experience from Westinghouse has enabled him to successfully lead and grow the Company.

Tim is a graduate of The University of South Carolina, Moore School of Business.

Dave Stetz, Special Assistant to the President

Dave brings more than 20 years of utility project management experience to his role at CCI. His extensive knowledge of the utility industry, project implementation, and IT systems/integration are invaluable to supporting our client’s needs. Dave works closely with our IT partners, project managers, and executive team to enhance overall operations and ensure we are up-to-date on the latest data technologies available.

Dave holds an Associate’s Degree from Kings College and is a graduate of LaSalle University.

Mike Maguire, Vice President of Business Development

Mike oversees all of our sales and marketing efforts in addition to assisting with project implementations. Having started in the utility field nearly 20 years ago in operations at PECO, he provides a unique perspective to our business development strategies. He brings a sincere commitment to the success of every project and to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Mike is a Six Sigma Green Belt and is a graduate of Scranton University. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University.

LaDonna Bohling, Director of Call Center Operations

LaDonna ensures our call center operations are in compliance with State and Federal legislation, that our staff is appropriately trained, and that all call center programs operate cost effectively and efficiently. She is currently the State Director with the Georgia Collector’s Association. LaDonna is dedicated to ensuring absolute client and customer satisfaction.

Yancy Emery, Director of Field Services

Yancy directs and coordinates our field service activities across all offices. He is responsible for ensuring company-wide safety, training, compliance, and quality assurance programs for all field work. He has completed OSHA certification training, is a certified dog bite trainer, and is OQ training and proctor certified.

Yancy proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 14 years prior to joining CCI.

Frank Black, Director of Meter Reading

Frank has direct responsibility for all of our meter reading projects and General Managers. He is actively involved in the start-up of new projects and is a liaison with both clients and customers. Frank ensures our field technicians observe and follow all State and Federal regulations, maintain safety standards, and meet all contractual obligations.

Frank is a retired Deputy Sheriff and worked for Dayton Power & Light prior to joining CCI.

Dennis McCabe, Director of Operations, Northeast Region

Dennis directs and coordinates our field service activities across our Northeast regional offices. He is responsible for operational oversight, productivity enhancements, and safety and quality improvements for all projects coming out of these facilities.

Dennis is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

Ann Wheeler, Director of Administration

Ann is responsible for all administrative functions at CCI including accounting, HR, legal, risk management, and compliance and safety. She has direct responsibility for daily accounting and treasury management tasks, coordinates external audits and reviews, and develops financial reporting as required. Ann uses her 20+ years of experience to develop and implement best practices in human resources and develops/monitors our employee benefits programs. She also assists in contract negotiations and is the central point of contact regarding legal issues.

Ann is a graduate of American Intercontinental University.
