Training

Due to the nature of the utility industry and the services we provide, having knowledgeable personnel is key. We provide extensive initial and ongoing training to our employees so that they can be effective, safe, and perform exceptionally well at their jobs. Training takes place both in the classroom and on the job.

Upon completion of the FDCPA portion of the program, employees are tested on their overall FDCPA knowledge. Anyone who does not pass with a score of at least 80% is eliminated from the class. At the conclusion of the classroom training, employees are assigned to a supervisor for the next 30 days to take part in intensive on the job training program.
