			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the wake of superstorm Sandy, Contract Callers, Inc. (CCI) was there to assist in restoring power to the over one million local utility customers who suffered the consequences of the pounding rain and high winds.</p>
<p>CCI’s Emergency Response team was fully trained, outfitted, and prepared in advance of Hurricane Sandy hitting the Delaware Valley.  By the morning the storm was supposed to hit on October 29, CCI’s team was out performing wire sitting, damage assessment, secondary line repairs, and pole re-setting.</p>
<p>Our personnel were working the utility’s entire territory and managed to work safely under the extreme conditions.  </p>
<p>“All of this work was completed safely and I was impressed with the use of event-free performance tools,” said one utility representative.  “The crews used 3-Part Communication at all times as we shared information and it was very evident that they were familiar with this practice.  When unable to re-open a road due to extensive damage that would require Line Trucks/multiple crews, they provided a detailed assessment of damage and what would be required to complete the job.” </p>
<p>The company representative went on to say that, “CCI’s support was instrumental in our ability to clear roads during and after the storm.  These crews represented [us] in the best possible manner and are a credit to CCI.”</p>
<p>According to David J. Stetz, Vice President, CCI, “In all it was a valuable experience and many learning points were shared by every individual assisting in this recovery.”</p>

(CCI), a company dedicated to providing collection and field services to utilities, is pleased to welcome industry veteran, Robin Segur, as our new Director of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic region. Robin will be responsible for identifying process improvements and delivering custom solutions to the utility marketplace. </p>
<p>“I am happy to join a proactive company like CCI. My entire career has been in the utility industry and I look forward to sharing my experiences with my fellow co-workers and clients.” </p>
<p>Robin comes to us from Consolidated Edison in New York where he spent 36 years in Customer Service and Credit, focusing on revenue management and collections. He has an extensive background in working with collection agencies to improve performance. As a member of several national and regional collections groups, he has worked toward developing partnerships between companies and vendors to improve how business is conducted. He has also created many business processes that have reduced costs and increased recoveries which in turn have been adopted by many other utilities.</p>
<p>Michael Maguire, Vice President of Business Development, states, “We are very excited to have Robin as part of our team. He brings extensive utility knowledge and a focus on customer relationships that will benefit all of our clients.”</p>

The successful completion of this internationally recognized third-party assurance audit confirms that the Company’s controls, procedures, and processes are in place as intended.</p>

<p>The SSAE 16 (Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16) is the new &#8220;attest&#8221; standard replacing the widely recognized SAS 70 audit. SSAE 16, seen as more comprehensive and expansive than SAS 70, goes beyond the prior audits requirements to include a description of both a service organization’s controls and systems, as well as a written assertion by management.</p>
