Tim has been with CCI since 2000. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S in Accounting from the University of South Carolina. He has over 25 years experience in accounting, administration and management in various industries.

Field Services Division
Dave Stetz - VP Field Services
Dave has been with CCI since 1984 and oversees the high-level implementation of all field projects. He has a BA from LaSalle University and has filled many positions with CCI over his tenure. Dave has extensive experience in the systems and IT integration required for these types of project.

Jerry Kendrick – Director, Southern Division
Jerry joined CCI in 2006 and has 25 years experience in the field services division for the cable industry. He has successfully implemented various projects in the Georgia and Alabama areas.

Michael Maguire – Director, Business Development. -Field Services Division
Mike received his BA from Univ. of Scranton in 1993 and his MBA from St Joseph’s University in 1999. Michael is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt (2006.) He worked for PECO Energy Company (Exelon) for ten years in the credit department. Mike is responsible for field recovery and field outsourcing initiatives from disconnect to debt sales. Michael joined CCI in 2006.

Dennis McCabe - Director of Energy Conservation
Dennis graduated with a B.A. from Shippensburg University. He is a certified Home Energy Auditor with credentials from both BPI and CMC’s Home Tune-Up program. His background is in residential and commercial utility, as well as Construction Management.

Rob Stilwell – General Manager/Business Development
Rob has over 20 year’s utility industry experience in credit and customer service management. He served as chairperson of the International Utility Group of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM). Rob holds a BS from West Virginia University and a MBA from Widener University. Since joining CCI in 2007, Rob has been involved with start-up and ongoing project management in our Field Services Division as well as overall business development

Collection Division
LaDonna Bohling: General Manager-Collection Division
LaDonna began her career in finance as a General Manager for American Finance in 1983. In 1985, she went to work for the Department of Family & Children Services as Supervisor of Economic Support. In 1996 she was offered the position of GM and joined CCI. LaDonna has extensive advanced education specifically related to collection laws, security issues and management.

Marge Fitch: Director of Sales & Marketing- Collection Division
Marge has been in the collection industry for over 25 years. She holds a BA and significant advanced training in the collection arena. She has managed many different types of clients including utility segments, financial services portfolios as well as medical and government accounts. Marge adds unique perspective in the recovery process with her ability to blend best practices for multiple industries.

Debra Wolfe-Marketing Representative
Debra has been a part of the CCI family for many years. Initially, she managed a small satellite office responsible for data input and collections. In June of 2000, a decision was made to consolidate all processes in Augusta. Debra continued to represent the company as a Marketing Representative. Her background provides our clients with an excellent overall understanding of their collection needs.

Mary Trobaugh- Marketing Representative
Mary has been a part of the CCI family since 2006. Her experience as a National Sales Representative for a major technology company has added a new dimension to our marketing efforts. In addition, Mary holds a Health & Life Insurance license for GA and SC. Mary brings her many years of experience dealing with people, billing and servicing clients to CCI.
