Oxford first for Duke's new green electric meters

By Ryan Gauthier, Staff Writer Updated 1:34 AM Friday, February 19, 2010 OXFORD — Duke Energy installed the first of several thousand digital electric meters in Oxford on Thursday, Feb. 18, as part of an estimated $1 billion project for the company’s Ohio service area.
