Plus, CCS solutions are fully and seamlessly integrated across the application areas of back office, front office, and e-business. Their solutions are easy to customize, implement, and utilize.

Automated messages give the option for the called party to pay by check or credit card, and can be routed to a live agent.

Automated Bilingual Capabilities CCI has the unique ability to customize messages in other languages. This extra benefit assures that our messages are understood and affords the customer the ability to resolve the account in a language that they are comfortable with.

Utilizing new technologies
At CCI, we believe in researching and investing in new technology and methods. With that in mind, we have identified an outside vendor that allows CCI to rapidly expand the number of dialing lines. This is an effective tool to work hand in hand with our existing procedures number of lines that we can use at once so that we can run several hundred lines at once over one campaign.

Disaster Recovery
CCI has a complete business continuity plan. Our plan enables us to be operating at out alternate site within 48 hours. We have identified all critical functions and our plan provides a guideline for ensuring that the proper people, resources and services are available in the unlikelihood of a critical event.
