Hiring and training practices
All potential staff are screened and interviewed by at least two management representatives. Potential applicants are screened for employment history, background, education, and customer service experience and/or field experience.
CCI will provide fully qualified personnel only. We do not sub-contract. The major difference is in our culture and our employee development. Our training is on-going. We enjoy a lower than average attrition rate, and rank in the top quartile from an attrition rate on all of our projects.
CCI handles OQ training in two different ways. We provide in-house training, testing, and certification. CCI has certified OQ evaluators on staff. We have also partnered with General Physics to expedite the process and provide all the training/certifications as well as follow up QA for the OQ portion.
