Contract Callers, Inc. (CCI) announced today that Matthew Kamish has joined the company to further expand their accounts receivable and business process outsourcing (BPO) portfolios. Matthew is very well known within the industry and comes with a wealth of experience; having spent the majority of his career working for ADP, OSI, and Alorica in senior sales capacities. As CCI continues to expand into new markets, Matthew can continue his success.
“Matt is an innovative, well-respected, sales executive with a proven track record of building new opportunities and driving growth. He has a keen understanding of both the third party collection agency and first party BPO verticals and we are thrilled to be bringing him to the team at Contract Callers,” said Andrew Cope – Vice President of Sales. “Contract Callers has completed a number of significant technology changes in recent months and I’m confident that coupled with Matt’s strong sales presence, this will greatly further our forward momentum.”
Having worked in the outsourcing industry for more than 24 years, Matthew brings an excellent record of achievement and extensive knowledge of the BPO industry to CCI. He began his career at ADP as a customer care specialist and worked his way through multiple functions of sales and sales leadership, ultimately maintaining senior sales leadership positions at some of the nation’s leading BPO organizations.
“I am very excited about the opportunity to join Andrew and the team at CCI. I look forward to helping CCI continue to grow the existing business in the collections space; while also focusing on new opportunities and programs to help drive a new and diverse client base. It is not often you have the chance to join such an experienced and tenured organization that also provides an opportunity to build new markets and programs. I look forward to all the opportunities ahead for us at CCI. “
