Contract Callers, Inc. (CCI) is pleased to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website. The purpose of the redesign was to provide a better cohesive view of who we are, what we do, and how we can help our clients and consumers.
“We are very excited to announce the release of our new website design which incorporates both the call center and field service sides of our business,” said Vice President of IT and Operations Doffie Howard. “Our new site now incorporates features and functionality to enable consumers and clients to easily interact with CCI.”
The new site presents CCI as the company it has grown to be: an ever-expanding business process outsourcer, providing ARM and CRM solutions to a variety of industry verticals, and a well-known Utility Field Services provider.
Aside from a fresh look and feel, our clear navigation and improved structure of content will result in a better experience for all. We have outlined our solutions and services in an easy to read manner as well as providing business case studies highlighting completed projects and how CCI added value to our client’s programs.
Another new feature reaches directly to consumers. We have made it easier for them to make a payment on the website and have provided links to industry experts to allow them to learn more about the industry and their finances.
“We are excited about our new website launch and the robust information it provides, in order to better understand Contract Caller’s best-in-class outsourcing service offerings,” said Andrew Cope, CCI’s Vice President of Sales. “We believe that this new site will allow our visitors to have a very informative experience as we continue to grow and increase our market presence.”
