Contract Callers, Inc. (CCI) – an Augusta based outsourcing firm specializing in utility field services, announced today that Alan Williams, a leader with a great track record in the water utility industry has been named Project Manager in their Texas Operations Center.
“We conducted an extensive search to fill this position,” said Tim Wertz, President of CCI. “With Alan we’ve found a proven leader in the water metering industry who can help us meet our clients demands and continue to build relationships with our customers and potential partners. Alan has a vast network, has served on several boards, and is currently the Vice Chair of the AWWA Customer Service Committee. He brings additional expertise to our strong team of utility professionals.”
In his new role, Alan will be responsible for several Texas-based projects in the water, gas, and electric markets. His role will include project management of existing engagements in Texas and leading the development and execution of new projects.
Alan joins CCI from his consultant role at EMA. Previously, he held a Director level role at San Antonio Water System. His tenure at SAWS spanned 30 years and included positions of increasing responsibility within the company. His tenure at SAWS helped build his expertise as a problem-solver and his understanding of customer needs and expectations – traits he will be using daily at CCI.
