How to use the IConnect247 App

Launch the IConnect 247 app. You will be prompted to search by company; in the search box, type “Contract Callers” and click Search.

The Contract Callers company logo will appear. Click the logo.

You will be presented with a disclosure agreement, please read it carefully and click Proceed.

A new box will appear and prompt you to enter your file number. Type in your file number and click Continue.

Your account details will be displayed. Verify the information and click the green Make a Payment button at the bottom of the page to begin making your payment.

On the next page, you will see your current account balance, your payment history, and other payment options.

For this tutorial, you can make a payment by selecting the green Make Payment button.

From here, you can enter a payment, talk with an agent, or request a callback if you have any questions about your account/payments.

For the purposes of this demonstration, type in the amount you wish to pay and click the green Pay Now button.

Finally, enter your credit/debit card information and click Submit.
